  The guy was nice. I asked for my sushi to be made to order cause it looked so bad in the display. Omg. Worst sushi ever.doing a while culture of food shame. Maybe our should train your cooks or maybe even have them try good sushi to remotely replicate it.

  I usually like Umi Sushi since the franchise is consistently good quality. This place is not only disappointing but disgusting too. The meat and tempura were pretty cooked and warmed to order. The person in front of me ordered the same thing as me, but for some reason the cook added peppers to mine. The vegetables were thrown on and then scooped into my dish half cooked. The sauce on top was way too sweet. Even the sushi was terrible. It was like they trimmed the extra rice off after they sliced it. There were cut marks all around (inside out roll). The rice was also very dry.

  I have eaten here in many occasions while walking in the CrossIron Mall. I am a long term vegetarian and it has been great to be able to get a decent vegetarian meal at a good price. The people are always nice (especially the older guy with a hat who works the grill) and they are very accommodating. The food is good with excellent portions. I always get the Tofu Bento Box with Veggie Sushi.

  The boba tapioca balls in the bubble tea treated dried out and stale.
